In our sketchbooks, we were supposed to create a series of achromatic sketches of featuring crisp geometric and organic lines. Then a series of geometric shapes featuring depth.

Transparency Project
The objective of the assignment was to create a series of compositions focused around one topic or idea, which in this case was candy. Using the Transparency, Opacity, Clipping Mask, and Pen Tool functions, I was able to create a sense of static and movement in my designs.
Sketchbook Exercise: Clothes
The following image contains a contour drawing of clothes that were sprawled out on the floor. I chose the unfolded clothes because of the complex folds. 
Sketchbook Exercise: Dinner
The next sketch contains only lines and the subject matter has to do with food. I chose salad because of all the complex lines that the individual salad has.
Sketchbook Exercise: Sneakers
In this exercise, I was supposed to spend at least 1 hour drawing a countour drawing of a shoe, which was supposed to only use line and not any shades.
DMA Student Saves the Universe
When was there a time when a DMA student save the world? I honestly need to catch up with this stuff.
